We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Semiotic Mapper Pro. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Your payment is processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund:

1. Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
2. Email us at hello@semioticmap.com with your order email and we'll help you through it.

What happens after a refund

Once a refund is approved, your subscription is cancelled and Pro features are turned off. You can keep using the free tier of Semiotic Mapper.

Cancelling without a refund

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal. When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period and are not charged again.
